My name is Heather and I am the face and hands behind Honung Ceramics. After falling in love with ceramics around 3 years ago it has been a passion of mine ever since.

I have been living in Stockholm for the past 6 years and after recently relocating back to the UK, Honung Ceramics has now been brought to life in a cottage in Cambridgeshire.

My ceramics take a lot of influence from Scandinavian style and the Swedish lifestyle. A little bit of 'lagom' in every piece, the meaning of the Swedish word Lagom has a philosophy of balance, moderation, and contentment, which I put into every piece.

All of my work is handmade and therefore has its own uniqueness, from curves, fingerprints, glazing to shape. Ceramics is a slow process with lots of steps along the way and no two pieces will ever be 100% exactly the same.

All these pieces are designed to be enjoyed with everyday life, from late-night dinner parties with friends to slow Sunday morning breakfasts and early-morning coffees. Tableware for every occasion!
